So, who is this Platonist guy ä
1st thing to say might be, that he's not a platonist. Well... not the full-fledged kind anyway.
He is, however, Swedish, Bilingual, 25 years old and charmingly crazy -
his music probably says it all.
He was born in July in a big yellow house outside a small village outside a small town in the middle of a huge forest in southern Sweden with his
older sister, his parents and a dog. (He wasn't actually born IN that house, but that's where he lived at the time of birth).
There was a Piano there, so he got introduced to music at an early stage, and was probably playing "twinkle twinkle little star" in c-minor at the age of 5.
Who knows?
But at the age of 5 he DID get his first video game console: an NES with 33 games including classics such as Ice Climber, Tiger Heli and Star Force. He was hooked!
And is, at the age of 25, still playing "Shadow of the Ninja" without dying.
Gaming is merely a hobby at this point, as he's been heavily focusing on music since he got into TRACKING back in 1998 (He also started playing the guitar in 1997).
Fast Tracker was fun at first but bored the living hell out of him as soon as he tried Impulse Tracker II in 1999. He trained, trained and trained, but he never really got any good at it.
He still sucks...
Shortly after he founded Reunion/reUniverse (his net label) in 2006 he got the Windows Clone of Impulse, "Schism Tracker" and "Maraton" was the first track he finished with it.
Because of his really bad speakers, the soundscapes of plato might be wacky sometimes!
He's trying to afford keen gear, but it's very expensive and he has to pay rent - just like everyone else.
He recently received a new Schism Tracker, with HP Filter support!! (check it out in "Beaten I Musiken" & "Ezkalate")
He now resides in Vaexjoe (said small town) again after moving from place to place in Sweden, trying to force his career forward. Wish him luck and give him donations! *grin*
